Peter Carlson
Peter was born in Minnesota and was a life-long resident up until 2021, when he migrated to Wisconsin…He has 1 son who graduated from the University of Minnesota/Duluth in the Financial Markets Program from the Labovitz School of Business and Economics…Peter started his career in Broadcast TV, cutting his teeth at a start-up UHF Independent station working his way to the NBC affiliate in Minneapolis…After 14 successful years in Broadcast, Peter was recruited for a start-up Dot Com Equity venture in the 401K industry…Peter began his Franchise career in 2002 starting his own consulting practice partnering with the largest business brokerage franchise in the world…
After growing his practice to one of the largest in the country, he took over the national directorship and trained franchise consultants how to do franchise consulting while leading his team to do diligence on franchise models which wanted to come into their inventory…Peter than began his own quest into franchise ownership, his Regional Development partnership team grew the largest region in the country for Massage Envy with 47 units and the highest average unit volumes in the country just north of 1.3 million…Peter’s partnership teams invested in 3 more successful Regional Development models in different industries consisting of Marketing, Beauty & Wellness…Peter currently is an equity partner in Pet Evolution, also acting as President and oversees Franchise Development & expansion…Peter holds an undergraduate degree in marketing & a Masters Degree in Psychology! In his spare time, he enjoys getting off the grid up at his cabin in Northern Minnesota and escaping the long winter in Naples, Florida! He has a passion for Dogs, and loves to fish, all types & waters! After 22 rewarding years in the franchise business, Peter now is focused on helping other Franchisors grow to their full potential with a defined path for success!
Teri O'donnell
Teri is a franchising extraordinaire! Teri attended Illinois State University where she studied business. The next adventure for her was when she chose to serve six years in the United States Marine Corps (ohrah!) as a Computer Programmer. This is where Teri really learned her strong work ethic, service with integrity and the knowledge to follow a playbook. After her service to our Country, she spent the next twenty years in banking as a Mortgage Consultant. This is when Teri discovered her deep desire to help people. She would help people find affordable financing to fulfill their dream of homeownership through the many relationships she had with Realtors and lending institutions. Teri then discovered franchising as an alternative to working for Corporate America.
Teri loves identifying start-up businesses or franchise brands with huge growth potential. Her first foray into franchising was when she opened one of the first Massage Envy franchises in the Chicago-land suburbs. After 10 years as an owner/operator, she then wanted to share her experience and knowledge with others looking for more of a work/life balance and those looking to start a path to take more control of their financial future. Teri continued her path and passion as a Regional/Area Developer for various brands, including Amazing Lash Studio and is currently growing the IL market for WaveMAX Laundry in addition to Pet Evolution in the SW Florida market helping others reach their professional potential. Teri is passionate about her family and has been married to her husband for over twenty years and is a mom of 3 incredibly amazing young adults who have all adopted the entrepreneurial mindset. Teri and her family enjoy traveling and enjoying the beauty of our amazing country while visiting old friends and meeting new friends along the way.
Fred Macciocchi
Fred has an extensive background as a multi-unit franchise owner/operator, Regional Developer, and also as a Franchisor.
Over his 18 year franchise career Fred has invested in 5 unique brands has has a deep understanding of all areas of franchising, with a heavy focus on store operations and Franchise sales development.
Fred resides in Florida with his wife, dog, and has two grown children.
